January 23-25, 2014 Big combo weekend: In Grayslake on Friday, Joey was Best of Opposite, Maliboo Select Bitch with Julie handling, and Page Best of Winners for another 2 pts. (she's at 11 now!)

On Saturday and Sunday, Maliboo came back up to Oshkosh for agility where she continued her streak in Excellent Jumpers - she's at 9 straight qualifying runs now, giving her 6 legs toward her Masters title already.  Now if she could just break the jinx in Standard...

Happy birthday to the "U" litter (Maliboo x Drifter) who turned 2 on January 20th!

Puppies!

Velma's puppies arrived 1/2/14 - 8 hearty babies who, at almost 2 weeks old, are looking and moving around.  We have 5 girls and 3 boys, all wavy.  Velma is a great mom, attentive, nourishing, already bringing them toys. St. Paul 1/2-1/5/14  We had a fantastic start to the New Year in MN.  On Friday, it was all-in-the-family day:  Joey Best of Breed, Maliboo (mom) Best of Opposite Sex, and 9 mo. old Page (Maliboo daughter) Winner's Bitch for 2 points.  On Saturday, Page stunned us all when she was named Best of Opposite - over 4 Bitch Specials - for a 4 point major! That's 9 points now. Maliboo and Joey were Select out of 20+ entries.  Today,  Page stayed in the ribbons as Reserve Winner, Joey was Select, and mama Maliboo was Best of Breed!  Thanks to Julie for grooming, and our wonderful handlers Tammy, Laura and Robyn
